CAVALIADA Horse Auction 2025 – record-breaking excitement and one hundred percent success rate
The fifth edition of the CAVALIADA Horse Auction is now behind us. On Friday evening, December 5, nine young horses from the 2022 and 2023 foal crops were presented in the main arena. All of them were sold, achieving an average price of over EUR 23,500. The total turnover this year reached EUR 242,000, which equals more than one million Polish zloty. This marks the second-best result in the history of the CAVALIADA Horse Auction. The bidding attracted both loyal clients and new investors looking for future sport stars.
Record holders of CAVALIADA Horse Auction 2025
The most expensive horse of this year’s auction was the two-year-old mare Reiven Girl CK (Grandorado TN – I’m Special de Muze), bred by Kamila Cieślak. She was knocked down for EUR 34,000 to a regular CAVALIADA Horse Auction client, Aleksander Wechta. The breeder is a new face on the breeding scene, and Reiven Girl CK was her first horse ever entered into the CAVALIADA Horse Auction. As we now know, the debut ended in great success. In the future, the mare is expected to join the string of horses of the Polish Champion, Maksymilian Wechta.

(Dourkhan Hero Z – Old Chap Tame), bred by Adam Zygmański. He was sold for EUR 33,000 to Krzysztof Weka.
The third most expensive horse was the eye-catching T’Challa
(Nevados S – Global Express VDL), bred by MJT Horses, exhibitor: Antoni Szmytka. The impressive T’Challa was born at the MJT stable, successfully run for years by Rafał Jerzy, who was also a co-creator of the greatest successes of the horse’s sire, the Olympic stallion Nevados S. Prepared for the auction by Antoni Szmytka, T’Challa was sold for EUR 26,000 to the mother of Lena Molenda, a young rider who recently won the gold medal at the West Pomeranian Championships in the junior category.

First time at the CAVALIADA Horse Auction
A novelty in this year’s auction offer were “in utero” foals, both with exceptional pedigrees. The first pregnancy is the result of a mating between Ermitage Kalone and a full sister to Million. The second combines United Touch S with a cousin of the outstanding stallions Harley VDL and Casago (Piergiorgio Bucci). The first was purchased online by a client from Poland. The second will, in the future, join the string of horses of a well-known Polish rider.

All of them are regular participants in the Perlage CAVALIADA Tour.
When creating the CAVALIADA Horse Auction, our idea was to connect two worlds: breeding and sport. It is extremely important to us that young horses from Polish breeders find their way into the hands of experienced and accomplished show jumpers. This has proven to be a recipe for success. Thanks to this approach, international careers are already being developed by horses such as Camillo, competing internationally at the 1.30m level with Mściwoj Kiecoń, or the outstanding Cordian, who together with Maksymilian Wechta achieves international success in classes up to 1.40m.

The CAVALIADA Horse Auction 2025 will return in December 2026. The selection process will begin in September next year.
See you then!
